                               RESOLUTION NO. 19273
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH REGGIE RUFF TO
                   PERFORM ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES TOWARD THE
                   DESIGN OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AT
                   EASTDALE RECREATION CENTER COMPLEX AT A COST
                   OF SEVEN PERCENT (7%) OF THE CONSTRUCTION
                   COST, BUT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($25,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a contract with Reggie Ruff to perform architectural
       services toward the design of recreational facilities at Eastdale 

       Recreation Center Complex at a cost of 7% of the construction
       cost, but not to exceed $25,000.00.
